Track Complex

The McEachern Track Complex, funded by the McEachern Endowment, is a 5,788 s.f. building that contains two locker rooms, two concession stands, two gang restrooms and a two story field house. The structure of the building is CMU walls supporting light gauge metal trusses with wood decking and a standing seam metal roof. The exterior of the building is split face CMU, a direct applied finish system, hardy trim and precast concrete copings and columns. The interior consists of painted CMU walls, stained concrete, retaining walls, concrete stairs on grade, concrete sidewalks and brick pavers that complete the site development. Also included are two ride/wait shelters and a storage building.
