This project includes Woodland Elementary School, Woodland Middle School and Woodland High School. There is a total of 519,188 square feet of floor area that is getting either renovated or constructed from the ground up.

The renovation work consists mainly of Electrical, Communications and Electronic Safety & Security upgrades. The ground up new construction work consists of 27,240 square feet of a new Gymnasium and Music Addition. The Bus Loop had to be temporarily relocated to allow for existing utilities to be relocated from the new Gymnasium location.

The buildings components are shallow concrete footings, concrete slabs on grade, CMU and Face Brick exterior walls, structural steel framing, Athletic Equipment and Gym Bleachers.
